How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Yes, we will package everything in one package for your convenience. However, if there are multiple items that are large, they may be sent in seperate packages, but they will be shipped from the same location at the same time.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 1-3 days or the shipping time for your respective country, not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of littleonezone.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (1-3 days or the shipping time for your respective country) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Nice set! Bought this set 2 months ago when my wife and I got our first table. I would say these met my expectations, but not did not exceed them. Still worthy of 5 stars. Great for in home, recreational, family / friends use. Definitely better than most garbage / trash paddles that you play with and are worthless!
These Paddles did the job. They work great and last forever. Before you buy these, you have to understand that these are the most basic paddle you can possibly get. They are perfect for people who are looking for a cheap paddle to play every once and a while.
For the price, this set is an amazing bargain. The balls work well and feel right. Hopefully these will send my kids down the path of good feel and technique that the hard ones wouldn’t. Highly recommend this starter set for beginners, for people who need a set to play with friends, and for those who haven’t had time to pick out their good paddle yet.
I’ve been looking for a set of solid entry level paddles. I purchased these as a Christmas present for my kids. We have been playing with them for about a week now and they are holding up really well. The strike surface is very sticky and allows you to put some heavy spin on the ball. The glue is holding up so far too. The handles feel nice and pretty balanced. I’ve been really happy so far with my purchase.

Wow. This is a quality product for the ping pong enthusiast in your life. The paddles and balls are very well constructed and have great bounce and action. Would highly recommend to friends and family....well that is if they love table tennis.

This was a gift but the recipient told me the paddles are great, cover is very well made. This arrived very timely and was packaged well. I would buy from this seller again. Well worth the price!
For the price, this set is hard to beat. With moderate play, I’d expect the paddles to last maybe a year. Unfortunately, the paddles are rather uncomfortable. I find them uncomfortable to play with for more than a few minutes. I’ll probably return them for a different set.
This was exactly what we needed for our outdoor ping pong.
These have held up well to wear and tear. They’re not the most comfortable rackets – the wood is a bit rough and they’re a little heavier than I like but they are sturdy. Great set for the price and exactly what we needed! It’s a good starter set or a set to keep on hand if you don’t want to give up your nice rackets to guests. Serious enthusiasts will def. want to get something better.
